Not sure how to rate this as I never got to use it, January 26, 2012 By Mark Twain "Sam" (Idaho) - See all my reviews This review is from: Uno 20-Inch High Unicycle (Sports) I received one with the tensioner missing. I sent it back. The next one was clearly pre-owned and loose in the box. So loose in fact that crank had pierced the box and was sticking out. AND...the second one was missing the other tensioner as well. (there is supposed to be 2) . I think I will call it quits and try again around summer.
I'll still give it three stars because it's the cheapest giraffe I could find and the parts seem sturdy. The best thing about this is easily Amazons easy return policy and quick shipping (and re-shipping).

missing parts, January 4, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Uno 20-Inch High Unicycle (Sports) Item arrived with a critical part missing. I contacted the seller and have not heard back after 10 days. Eventually took it to a bike shop and purchased the missing part. When purchasing a giraffe unicycle purchase one with a cotterless crank so internal parts don't slip, this unicycle has a cottered crank. A cottered crank has the potential to slip while leaning forward causing injury. Customer service was seriously lacking from seller.
