It arrived well packaged with no scratches. Full instructions were provided and it was easy to assemble, taking about 45-60 minutes. I think the bike is sturdy and well built. I got it for my adult son, and I figured if he didn't like it or was dissatisfied, I would just sell it. So far, it's a keeper. I've read and found only negative reviews on this bike and felt compelled to add my 2 cents. The pedals and hub bearings broke after just a few rides down easy groomed trails. Also, the front brakes have been loose and sloppy since new. Even rolling off the curb could be a serious safety hazard on this bike. This review is from: Huffy Mens Granite Bike (Sports) I urge anyone, if you are an adult male, DO NOT purchase this bicycle. It is advertised as a men's bike, yet the one I received was clearly a boys bike. It was even marked on the box and the receipt as a boy's bike. I am more than just mad over this.
